How do I file a Claim on my National Auto Care Vehicle Service Agreement?

Filing a claim with our Million and 1 Mile Warranty is easy. Simply bring your car back to our dealership for repairs. We'll work directly with your warranty provider to ensure your claim is approved before we begin work.

How Will My Claim Get Paid?

The warranty provider, National Auto Care, will pay the licensed repair facility directly by credit card or by check for all authorized repairs. If you pay the repair shop, the warranty provider will reimburse you by check for all authorized repairs.

How Do I Take Advantage of Roadside Assistance if it's Included in my Warranty?

Our Million and 1 Mile Warranty provides 24-hour emergency roadside service for your convenience. To take advantage of roadside assistance, just call the number listed for Roadside Assistance in your agreement. Be sure to have your agreement in hand when you call, because you will need to provide the Dispatcher with your contract number, producer name, and your plan letter listed in your agreement.

What Happens if I Lose My Agreement?

If you've misplaced your agreement, fear not. Start by contacting our dealership. We can provide you with a complete agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the coverage purchased with your vehicle.

What Does the Million and 1 Mile Warranty Include?
